To my first goal set decades back. In fact, quite timely to coincide Net Worth with my 42 birthday.
Retrospectively, I would do many things differently and perhaps the financial journey might be less arduous but let's just move forward positively.
Around this time last year with my CPF less some OA for mortgage, CPFIS-OA and CPFIS-SA investments, it reached both BHS and FRS cumulating to just over 1/2 Million.
Eagerly awaiting 2020 accumulation and compounded interest to come in 1st Jan 2021 but it should be bountiful as always.
Case in point, a year ago I needed just under 1/2 Million in cash to quantify the $1 Million swagger rights for 2020, which is what this post was all about.
In fact, my liquid assets did better than expected of which I am surprised yet relieved with the current on-going pandemic at large.
Now with the recent launch of the Singapore Financial Data Exchange (SGFinDex), planning finances is about to get even easier. The collaboration with Moneysense meant that all my assets and liabilities can all be juxtapose in a single entity.
That's it for this short post as I get ready for my birthday lunch and dinner with my love ones. I would disclose my investment portfolio in due time but meanwhile let's all be hopeful that the COVID vaccines work satisfactory and have a wonderful 2021 ahead.
